- All goods supplied via www.rostanvo.com are subject to these Terms & Conditions; they do not affect your statutory rights. An order placed by you for strings advertised on this website is an offer by you to purchase such strings selected in your order. No contract exists between us and you for the sale of any strings until we have received and accepted your order (which we may do at our discretion). An order acknowledgement email will be sent to you shortly after having placed your order with notification to you that we have received your order. We reserve the right to terminate the contract if cleared funds for strings sold is not received by us. Rostanovo.com may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales. The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).
- Your right to cancel an order
- In line with UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your contract with Rostanvo at any time up to 10 days after you receive your order on the condition the strings have not been used in any way, including strung onto a cello. You must notify us in writing via email or post. Postage costs for returning the strings to us will be at your own cost
- Payment
- Please note that we reserve the right to not ship to unconfirmed addresses that are different to the billing address. Additionally we will not delivery any order until cleared funds have been received..
- Prices
- We reserve the right to change our prices for both strings and postage at any moment
- Tax Charges
- All prices quoted are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. If you live in the EU, you will not incur import taxes. For worldwide sales, please check with your local customs office of any charges. We will not be liable for these costs in the event you are requested to pay additional costs by your customs office.
- Delivery
- All accepted order are dispatched through Royal Mail within 24 hours of received payment. Please allow 5 working days for delivery in the UK, 2 weeks in the EU and 3 weeks worldwide.
- Warranty
- Our strings are all handmade using the finest materials and craftsmanship. Will this however comes the increased possibility of human error in the string manufacturing process potentially resulting in string breakage. All new strings supplied by Rostanvo have a 3 months breakage warranty period from the date the order is delivered. If a defect develops during the 3 month warranty period, you should send the broken string back to us for a replacement. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Limitation of Liability:
- Rostanvo will not be liable to you for any damage or loss as a result of string breakage which were supplied by us. While rare, strings may break or snap at any moment for which we cannot be held liable for resulting consequences.

- Images

- Reviews
- review content will not be published unless it satisfies the following conditions – only lawful, non-defamatory, non-obscene and genuine comments will be published. We reserve the right to edit such content as we see fit. By providing review content you also shall grant us the authority to reproduce your content, even if modified by us, in any medium or form we choose with details of you, your name and when this review was submitted to us.
